At Gateway Disc Sports, we stand by the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your flight. Whether it is a weight preference or a mold adjustment, we are here to help you find the perfect disc for your game.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unthrown condition with original stickers and packaging intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your discs securely in a box or padded mailer to prevent warping during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5 business days.
